Upon graduating from law school in 1981, Christopher C. Myers worked at a general practice law firm until he opened his own practice in 1986. Christopher's litigation practice focuses on helping individuals in employment and civil rights cases. Specific areas of practice include wage claims (minimum wage, overtime, illegal wage withholding), discrimination and harassment (sex, race, age, pregnancy, national origin, religion, disability), retaliation for reporting unlawful discrimination and harassment, police and sheriff misconduct (excessive force, over-detention, failure to provide medical care, as well as other areas of constitutional law and civil rights. Christopher also is class counsel in a number of class action civil rights cases throughout Indiana involving over-detentions in county jails.
